You can of course have any one of these approaches as a stand alone session, but I find they complement each other so well, that the best path is to draw upon whichever is most needed at the time. Therefore each session might be different...depending on what suits you most.

EFT
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple and easy way of dissolving and resolving a variety of psychological issues such as anxiety, phobias, trauma and self-defeating patterns. A session involves tapping on meridian points while focusing on the problem. It is gentle and easy to learn. Usually only a few sessions are required. Once learnt, you can also continue to use it on yourself as a self-help tool. EFT was developed by Gary Craig. Zensight
This is another very simple, easy and gentle way of dissolving and easing away fear, anxiety, phobias, emotional blocks, and any other form of emotional distress. Like EFT it removes congested energy from the energy meridians, but where in EFT we use tapping on the acupressure points, in Zensight we use a healing symbol. This helps us focus our intent toward healing the issue, which then melts away and the energy meridian that was affected becomes more balanced.
